Jam under the drum unit

Open top cover, remove toner and developer unit

Bad FUSER unit

Press the paper select key for 3 secs.,a default paper size will be shown ,press the zoom keys + or - untill F12 is shown , press the recall %/enter key ,press the zoom keys again untill the correct size is shown , Lg should should be shown for legal,press the recall%/enter key again , the selection should flash and the copier will return to the ready state.

Open the drawer the printer is currently pulling from when the error message "E07" appears on the display. Verify that the paper in the drawer is the correct size and close the drawer firmly!

this is similar to c400, laser unit related error. replace laser unit
