The lock solenoid on the door latch assembly may be hanging up or just noisey. If washer starts and runs then all is ok. If washer wont start, just buzzes, then door latch assembly may have to be changed.

I understand that your Frigidaire washer, model# GLTF2940FE, will lock the door, start buzzing, and not start the cycle. A sound during certain cycles indicates a broken part. By the information provided sounds like a pump may be the problem. You may need to contact a service tech about this issue. If the appliance still under warranty, the service should be provided for free.
Every time when you hear noises (other than the normal ones) in the appliance, it indicates there is something wrong and it will worsen over time, so as soon you hear something is not ok, get assistance.
Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.
