You try any zoom copy, I maen 80% small then move scanner.

H3 is a heater/fuser problem. Try to reset it by SIM 14. Press Clear , auto exposure, Clear and auto exposure and press copy key. check if H3 has been reset and LED is back to "00".

The problem it in exposere lamp section.The forward scan is not compelet.Cause is the mirror motor control board or mechanical parts.

This might refer to your scanner assy being locked. The scanner assy is the unit under the glass that scans your document prior to copying it. Look inside the cavity where you pick up your completed copies. Look at the upper left corner and see if there is a knob there. If there is, make sure it is in the completely unlocked position.

It probably the toner cartrisge is empty or if there's an error code H4, the heater lamp is spoiled

Hello sir; After install drum unit you need to reset, the procedure as follow;
1, press "#", "*", "clear", "*",keys.
2, enter 24 press start enter 07 press start.
3, turn power off and back on.

Your lamp carriage is most likely hung up on something. Unplug the machine , remove the glass and see if the lamp and mirror carriage are moving freely. If not, find out what it is binding on.
It may not be lining up with the home position sensor on in the optics .
