The cycle has finished but the keyhole light is on constantly and not going off. i can not open the washer door, there was water leaking from the soap dispenser door when the washer was rinsing, the washer was makign loud clunkign noises while spinning, if i leaned on the door there was also a one off clunking noise

You should check the water outlet - probably discharges into your sink through a garbage disposal - the water outlet is likely plugged and water can not discharge down the sink. You can remove the hose and clean it out.

Make sure you are allowing the washer to completely finish its cycle before opening the door. It is normal for the door to lock at the end of a cycle. The locking mechanism keeps owners from opening the door before all of the water has been drained. If the door on the washer is locked, select the "Drain" or "Spin" options on the front-load washer. This will completely drain the water from the system and unlock the door, allowing you to open it.

Error code: F05 - Pressure switch jammed on full

The door will not open...
● Has the programme finished? Is ‘End’ lit
in the display window and the ‘Keyhole’
symbol deactivated?
The door will not open until the ‘Keyhole’
symbol goes out shortly after the
programme has finished.
● There is still water in the machine.

the drain hose and that it is not kinked.
● Is the drain hose installed correctly?
● If you have connected your machine to a
sink waste system, make sure that you
have cut out the membrane from the

● Ensure that the drainage system,
standpipe or under sink connection is
free from any blockage.
- If any of the above are found to be
the cause of your problem you will need
to run the machine through a spin only
programme.
● If you have chosen ‘Rinse Hold’, the light
will flash until you press the ‘Rinse Hold’
button to continue the programme.

The most common cause of this is the sensor wire inside has vibrated loose and is no longer making a connection to the switch. Those switches rarely fail. It's a very easy fix, only need a screwdriver. I would, however, use a small plastic ziptie to hold the wire to the switch.

Hi ii_goldie,What about the RINSE cycle... maybe the washer knows the "full cycle" is NOT finished.

The washer will display DONE... and make the door available to you. If not the cycle may not be finished. OR, turn it off, however, DON'T open the door if your machine has not drained all the water out, allow the system to finish.

There is a known problem with these washers whereby a small electrical current 'leak' from the heater element causes the machine to think it still has water in it.
Disconnect the wires on the heater (tape them up or otherwise make safe) then run a cycle to verify that part as the problem.

michele99, So when you put it on drain, do you here the machine trying to drain the water? After it finishes draining, (you have to wait a few minutes, it should then have a blinking light
on the Finished/Door locked light.
Are you waiting for it to finish?

I've got the same problem, the locked symbol is showing

Press "end of cycle button" for over 5 seconds, it will unlock. Note: the door should be opened only on hearing a click, or wait for 2 minutes after the wash completes.
