The only problem I have had is when I try to connect my Samsung s5 to my Samsung G600 mobile phone... I've read something on the internet that made me think it's possibly because it's not compatible with that phone?
The main problem is the Media Studio program that you use to upload/convert music and videos. When I installed the program onto my computer, the first thing I done was that i added a music video to it, converted it and uploaded it to my s5, no problem... try to do it with another music video and it was showing the percentage of how much it converted, it got to 98% and then just dissapeared, i tried to do it again and the program just froze, so i closed it, opened it again and it asked me if i wanted to install new updates, i did cause i thought it might solve the problem, but the update fails and then the whole program closes and asks me to send a report. It's done he same ever since, I even un-installed it and re-installed it, exactly the same happend still! Im using Windows Vista. If anyone could help I would be so greatful!

Hey guys, I have exactly the same problem. If i try to convert a video the program freezes and shut down and the message with the report appears. But now the program is totally damaged, I couldn't open it any more. I also use Windows Vista and the Samsung S5.

Samsung pc studio 3 is what you need.
Connect your g600 to the pc open pc studio and go to the sms and open it.
Then you can copy it and paste it again in a editor from your pc.
You did not indicate the option you tried using. Try all the connection options: USB, Bluetooth, infra red etc. If it does not, your might be having problem with the configuration of the pc studio.
If you are using pc studio you must first check that it is set to use it.Try this first:-
1,settings-phones settings-USB settings-pc studio.
2,If not then check that your pc USB's are switched on.
Try this, I had a the same problem as you guys + found this on a web

Unplug usb cable from phone
Type *#52828378# into phone

select 3 serial test

1 PPP UP
2 Serial download
3 Run TCK
Select 2 Serial download
Phone will reboot.
Once rebooted, connect usb cable and pc studio will now work.
The Samsung software does not work properly with the G600 (take note Samsung) On your phone go to: Settings>phone settings>USB settings>Ask on connection. exit phone and when you plug in your usb it will ask what connection type, choose Mass Storage and it will appear on My Computer as a portable drive, you can drag and drop to folders. You may have to install the USB drivers from the disc or site, but it may work without.
What you have to do to put files on your computer or take them from your computer onto your phone is: go onto settings, onto phone settings, onto USB settings and chage it to either mass storage (if you want to put pictures, music and videos on) or media player (to just transfer music). Then plug in the USB cable that came with your phone into your computer/laptop and follow the instructions from there. NOTE: This only works with the Sampsung G600
