According to the tech sheet, F25 indicates a possible drive motor tachometer error. (NOTE: The tech sheet is located behind the front quarter panel- remove the three hex head screws at the very bottom to remove the panel. The tech sheets will be folded up in a little plastic pouch. Since there a various reasons for your problem, I just can suggest starting point since there is a code displayed.

Not sure what you mean but if the washer doesn't spin then it's probably the switch that controls the spin action.
On most washers, when you open the lid or door the spin cycle stops for safety's sake. In many cases, there is a small extension on the door or lid that engages the switch when you close it. Look where the extension is supposed to engage and that's the switch. I was able to fix my broken switch on my GE washer by cutting the edge of the plastic on a pen and gluing it to the extension so it pushed the switch mechanism down further to start the spin cycle.

Remove your service panel and look for your tech sheet inside a jacket in the inside of the service panel. An F-25 is usually a broken wire between the main control and the motor control.

On the inside, on the right wall, is a plastic bag with a paper labeled "FOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN ONLY".
This has a section titled "FAILURE/ERROR DISPLAY CODES" with all the error codes along with an explanation and recommended procedure. For F25, this is:

Possible Causes/Procedure

1. Verify the shipping system including shipping bolts, spacers and the power cord are removed.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check drive motor tachometer resistance. It should be approx. 115 ohms.
4. Check wire harness connections between the drive motor and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU).
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor.
7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations.
