I'm affraid that this is not a software issue but a hardware one.

If you're not a tech expert all you can do is check the plugs and cables for damage but I seriously doubt that it would help.

The best thing you can do is either go to a service center (and pay for repairs) or buy a new monitor (and pay for a new monitor)

Sorry and best of luck

Color is fading bright n dark

Could be your monitor is going bad, plug a montior into your computer, if the new monitor does not fade, then you found that the old monitor needs replacment, however if both monitors are fading, try to
Restart ur computer and get into the BIOS. check if the line is there also. then plug in an external monitor into the VA connector of the system and check if the line appears there also.

If in both the cases, there is a line, then the problem is with the video card. if the line is only seen on the notebook display, then the problem is with the built-in screen, which means you will need to get the screen replaced, or get a new monitor. Check ur warranties.

If the video card is found to be the problem, then depepnding on the video card (on-board or extendible) it will need to be replaced. Again, check ur warranties for any free service.

Text appears fade & sometimes brightness is found high on screen.

Both are signs of a worn out tube. The only thing you can do (apart buying a new monitor) is to increase the focus and acceleration tensions on the tube - by tweaking the corresponding semiadjustable resistors.

My acer monitor image is faded and washed out

Adjust contract and luminosity: decrease contrast, see how it goes.
ACER monitors tend to have control settings that are out of the range for proper viewing.

My EV 700 screen picture is condenced has one bright clear line in middle screen and two more lines faded, space in between lines

Sounds like a CRT problem but to be sure, hook up another monitor to the computer and if you get the same exact lines then you know its a problem with the video card, if the lines go away then you know its a problem with the monitor.

MY SCREEN KEEP popping to black?it annoys me?

so is your screen like fading to black and back to bright when u do something? If it fading in and out try adjusting the monitor settings on the monitor itself. Whats happening is your monitor is trying to save energy so it dims. The setting is Luminance on most monitors

And by the way u cant reach a video capacity cause the memory dumps the info when it needs space to process more video.

Screen keeps fading

I don't know for sure if this will help but it's worth a try. Go to Start, control pannel, system, advanced, performance, settings, and click adjust for best performance. This is a Windows XP fix but the same thing may apply to older OS's (95, 98, 2000, ME, NT (although you may have to set it a diferent way). Many other things could be your problem but this is an easy thing to try.
