Pixel problem,,,,,, so i suppose it is the screen that is bad in that 1 line. if you can ignore it and do not bang that laptop anymore it shouldnt get any worse

Check your connectors to the screen and screen driver board. Clean them with electronics grade alcohol. Don't pound on your tv. You'll cause more problems than you will,solve.

Try to uninstall and reinstall video driver in dev manager.If it doesnt work then check if it happens in bios if yes then it might be the video card that you need to replace, if video card is built in then you need to replace the motherboard.Try to use a external monitor and check if your seeing the same thing on the ext monitor if yes then its the monitor, if its under warranty your manufacturer will replace it for you.Hope this helps...
See if you can use the remote to shift the picture to the right. It depend on how far the line is to the right. If that don't fix the problem the set will need to have internal boards replaced. It may be the logic board and the logic buffers...
This might be a software issue with your video driver (follow Microsoft's built-in Help to test that, and look for an updated driver for your particular hardware) but it is fairly unlikely to be a driver issue. The thin lines running through your screen are usually due to screen failure -- hope you have your warranty, because this is a hardware issue and usually pretty expensive if you're out of pocket.
