Probably the HOT (Horisontal Output Transistor) has died. Take it to a repair shop. The parts cost should be in the range of 40-100 US dollars.

Thin red line, green line and yellow line going across the screen

the problem is vertical collapse,i am not so sure you can trouble shoot this on your own but you can send the board to eithor pts electronics or tristate module for repair
to get a price get the number off the sticker--left hand board(looking from the back) it will start CTC195---- write down entire number before you call them

Line across middle of screen, rest of screen black

The problelm is a defective vertical deflection system. Could be the amplifier, vertical output driver or whole printed board that supports the vertical deflection activity. It is considered to be a serious failure.
The cost of repair will be around $200 to $300.

Green picture

a green screen on power up with retrace lines. At shut down a point appears in the middle of the screen. Sounds like either a shorted G2 grid, or bad flyback. If a phospher flake has shorted the grid in the tube, you can sometimes have luck by using a megger set at 1000VDC, to burn away the short. This is usually caused by the line HV going too high causing the anti-UV protection to kick in so fit a dummy load 40W lamp instead to the line output to allow measurements to be made.

Television has no picture

That TV uses the PTK195 chassis, and the fact that you see only a thin line for each color near the bottom of the screen tells me your vertical output IC has stopped working, and is putting a small DC voltage across the yokes. I have seen this caused by a defective vertical output IC and I have also seen vertical problems caused by a small CRT coolant leak which drips onto the main board near the vertical output IC. If you do not have experience servicing the PTK195 chassis than have a qualified tech handle it for you.

POP and noothiing

yes it can still be fixed! the pop sound you've heard maybe came from a blown capacitor in the vertical deflection circuits. this symptom, sometimes called the tube light effect, it is characterised by a bright thin horizontal line across the middle of the screen. this symptom is caused by a breakdown in the vertical deflection circuit. hence maybe the trouble maybe in the vertical oscillator, amplifier or output circuits. but if all i have said is not clear to you, better bring it to a qualified tv technician. good luck!
