I can't gewt music from my ITunes library into my shaker

The Sansa Shaker is not compatible with iTunes. You will have to use another music service, like Limewire or Rhapsody.

Sansa Shaker is locking up Windows Media Player

Uninstall all of the Sansa software completely, and see if Windows Media Player behaves normally. If it does not, then uninstall Windows Media Player. Reinstall Windows Media Player first. Then reinstall the Sansa software. Then and only then, plug the Sansa back into the computer. Good luck!

Sanso Shaker

First, make sure you are not using Windows Vista, Macintosh, Linux or any incompatible operating system

Second, check the manual and make sure the hold/lock switch is not engaged

www.sandisk.com is where you will get the driver software - it does sound like the problem
