Have you checked water supply hose is connected and not kinked, also turned on? If it isn't this then you need to call the warranty number as new machine will be covered.

F20 I believe is low water flow. On the intake fitting on the back of the machine where the hot and cold hose hook up there is a fine screen inside the fitting on the machine. My cold water screen was clogged from stuff in old pipes. Cleaned it and no more e F20
