Our 75 inch tv we just purchased April 2020, Turns on but the screen is all blue no picture. I want to know how to fix this problem.

If the TV is still under warranty return it ASAP. The set will need to be serviced

My 57 inch Sony rear projection hd tv has blue lines in the picture , then picture gets a blue tint and has little flash and the picture goes off and the tv turns off, but the red light on the tv continues...

You have two problems: blue lines is convergence problem and the blue screen and shutdown is Blue Screen control is up too high.

I have a 42 inch baird tv it will show the blue screen for a couple of seconds and then there's nothing just a black screen

No picture but when you reset it blue then no pic. again

hi first of all u should check ur transistor connections.Check your Horizontal and vertical output transistors.You should also check the horizontal and vertical yoke connections as well as your low voltage regulators.... if any of these got damaged u should purchase a new one.. but try to purchase with the help of a tv service assistant...

Sanyo DS25320 TV - Screen is black on top 2" then picture squashed downward for another inch or two. What is the problem and can it be fixed? Furthermore, is it worth fixing? (Purchased in 2003 or 2004.)...

This will be in the vertical circuit. Probably a leaky capacitor. A tv shop should be able to fix this for around $75-$100

52'' sony tv rear projection turns blue

it sounds like the blue crt is failing Pull the front off and turn the tv on
When it still has a good picture tap the blue crt
if it flashes blue with lines across the screen then you know it is a bad crt

It might not be worth fixing

The lines you saw, i;m sure they are the ones called retrace lines but know the failure could be located on the red CRT board. Most likely the video amplifier is defective and not necessarily the CRT.
What is the model number of your TV?

these sets have bad connections in the picture yokes take the spekerr grill off and front cover move the wires around and see if the pic comes back be careful ok
