No audio, no picture, just black screen with blue light located on the right bottom of the TV turns on when the TV is turned on. Do you think it may be because of the bad pcb (power control board) or it could be some other issues?

I have the same issue on an LG TV. The TV Guide is completely black with a small picture in the corner. It's as if the software is no longer working.

Also check for the F3 Fuse on that same main input board. It is located in the upper right corner. Hard wired fuses; very small. You will see F1-F4 (F4 is empty). You can solder a replacement fuse right over it. I would recommend piggybacking the fuse with a fuse you can replace. Will need the holder and a new fuse. 6 bucks.
Doesn't solve problem, but I can go another 2 1/2 years and the wife won't blame me for screwing up the TV in the first place.
