It is a "G" deck which is the 42" Cut.

Deck current part number 954-04060C which is 1/2" x 96-1/2"

Just Google 954-04060 and you find several online suppliers.
Pricing depends on the supplier and if it is OEM or aftermarket.

Probably the PTO cable is either coroded up and struck or it is broken. You will need the 13W model number from serial tag to look-up as there is at least 2 different cable for this model series.

Check the drive belts first. and make sure the hydro release lever is in the correct position. If it is not- you can push the lawn tractor and have the rear wheels turn. It sometimes doubles as a "Forward" "Neutral" "Reverse" lever on other brands of lawn tractor.

The belts should be in their guides and pulley grooves- check to make sure it does not have a hidden break by having the engine off, and pulling on the belt.

Lastly, check to make sure the hydro itself is not out of oil or low on oil. It uses low viscosity "HyGard" oil. Capacity if you drain the old oil out and refill is 4.6 quarts. Look for a leak if the level is low.

If it still does not move, make sure the levers are set so you are in forward motion positions, and push- if the rear wheels move there is a problem in the hydro unit.

hello otto i would check the belt that runs to the rearend but the brakes could be also froze up i would try to jack it up & see if it will move then go from there

If the belt is fine and it isn't slipping at all then the problem would be inside the hydramatic trany. It isn't serviceable and would cost more then the tractor is worth.
