If you have not tried it: unplug the set and if using a cable or sat box unplug that as well---wait for a while and plug both back to see if a reboot of either cures the problem or not.
Sometimes this has nothing to do with your TV. It is the actual station that is out of sync with its sound vs pic. If it is on ALL channels then you need to replace the audio board. The Olevia is not a mainstream TV and there have been a few of these that have had faulty audio. If its consistent and under warranty get a replacement.

250 is actually really cheap to get the tv fixed...the ic board and all that have to be checked by a pro and the transformer also has to be cheked by a pro unless you know how to work on tvs id send it for repair...
The tv may be in stand by mode please unplug the tv and wait for 30 min and then plug it back , if the problem exits try it different power outlet.............
