How do i clear the toner amlmost empty message on ricoh mpc2800 , it still appears after i added toner in the bottles.

because the bottle is what the machine is looking for it cant tell that there is new toner in the bottle, it knows its new when the bottle is replaced go to store and buy a new bottle with toner in it.

Sc 302 mpc 2800

SC302 on a D029 (MPC2800) machine is due to Cyan A/C charge output error or a bias leak on HVPS. Could be a defective PCU or defective HVPS. Check charge connections to PCU, replace PCU and if this doesn't resolve issue, replace HVPS.

That would be a duplex entrance sensor jam. Look for a dirty sensor or maybe a sensor arm that is stuck or maybe even a piece of paper. The duplex is part of the right door that you can open

Touch screen is not working

Screen gone bad will need to replace it. Cause can be liquid spill on it some thing poke hole or they just go bad after a while. They did have a flaw in some models and you had to replace them.
