You should try to follow these steps:-
1) Press Additional Functions
2) Press # to enter the service menu
3) Scroll over to select "#12 Clear" and press Set
4) Scroll over to select either "ERR" or "ALL" and press Set
5) The LCD should report "CLEAR OK". Cycle power on the device.

E000 is a high temp. error. My first advice would be to atempt to clear it in service mode:
If this does not help, on most units you have to start looking at your Fixing Assy. or Thermistors. Make sure that you do not have a piece of paper wrapped around Upper Fixing Roller or and other foreign substance in that area. However, on this one, I would recomend replacing Fix Assy. as a whole if you can, FG6-8326-000 (for s/n starting with MQT/MQV/MRV/MRW) or FG6-8325-000 (for all other s/n). Don't see p/n for Thermistors. Also, heard of alot of other board and p/s issues with this model that can cause E001-E004 errors. See if you can clear it first. Good luck. Turn printer OFF then back ON
