Remote for MXSB-252. It's a small black control. Having difficulty locating one. Any ideas please!

Please be more specific. Are you taking about new batteries in a remote, in the main kit, or what?

click on the button that has a button of the screen or has something like 16:9 written on it
If you are having difficulties just go into settings and reset all controls to factory default

go to the following website and look at the manual. i do not see vizio listed as one of the brands, but there is a section on how to retrieve a remote code that may not be listed.
