Hi there! When looking for this manual I found many sites say they have it, but then you go to their website and they don't have it. I found one site that offered an honest review and also had installation instructions for this fan. It was helpful. Here is the link in case it is helpful for you also. https://hampton-lighting.com/hampton-bay-caswyck-ceiling-fan-manual/

I need a code for a universal remote control that works with a Sansui TV 42 inch Model STY0342

Creating a universal remote control code for a specific TV model like the Sansui STY0342 typically requires the manufacturer's infrared (IR) codes. Since those codes aren't publicly available and vary between manufacturers, a universal remote may not directly support your TV model without programming it. You'll need to refer to the instruction manual of your universal remote to find out how to manually input or search for the correct code. If you don't have the manual, you can often find it online by searching for the model number of your remote. If you're unable to find a compatible code, contacting the manufacturer of your remote for assistance could be helpful.

What is the code for ikon tv

028,022,027. Try these codes. If you wish to get more details; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Common set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the "device's brand name list" in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ http://remotesearch.blogspot.com/ http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/ Programming Notes • If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote. • Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality. This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device. Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; that you want set-up code, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Codes for philips universal remote

You can find the remote control codes for different brands of devices from
http://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/codes-tv.shtml#tv

If none of the codes work then we have two other solutions:

1. Searching For Your Code

If you have tried all of the set-up codes for your brand of equipment ,or your brand is not listed, and you are still not able to get the unit to respond, try the following procedure to search for your code.
If you don't find a code that works, the remote will flash four times when you reach the end of all the codes for this device type.
  1. PRESS the button for the device you want to program, (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.), then RELEASE.
  2. PRESS and HOLD the SETUP button until the red LED flashes twice, then RELEASE.
  3. ENTER 9-9-1 (two blinks on the remote)
  4. ALTERNATE slowly between the POWER key and the DEVICE (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.) button until your device turns off. (On VCR, LD, and CD players use PLAY instead of POWER)
Make sure that the remote is pointed at your device during the search, You may have to press this sequences of buttons up to 100 times to search the entire library of codes.
  5. When your device turns OFF, PRESS the SETUP button and RELEASE it to lock in the code for your device.

2. Learn the buttons from the original

Line up your original remote and the head-to-head before completing the following steps.
  1. PRESS and HOLD the SETUP button until the red LED flashes twice.
  2. PRESS 9 - 7 - 5, the red LED will flash twice.
  3. PRESS the DEVICE key where you wish to learn the function. The next 3 steps must be completed within 10 seconds.
  4. PRESS the button that will receive the learned function, the LED will flash rapidly.
  5. PRESS the button on the original remote to be learned.

Now you can repeat steps 3 through 5 to learn other functions onto other keys or press and hold SETUP until the Cinema's red light flashes twice to lock in your new feature. (If the red light does not blink twice, stop and repeat steps through 6).
To test the new feature, press and release the device key in which the new feature was learned followed by the key on which the feature was learned

How to set up my philmore PM-RC18 UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL

Setting up the Philmore PM-RC18 Universal Remote Control requires programming it with the appropriate codes for your devices. Here are the general steps for setting up the remote:
  1. Gather the necessary information: Before you start, you will need the brand and model numbers of the devices you want to control with the remote, such as your TV, DVD player, or audio system. Make sure you have this information handy as you will need it during the programming process.
  2. Power on the device: Turn on the device you want to control with the remote, whether it's your TV, DVD player, or audio system.
  3. Find the code list: The Philmore PM-RC18 remote control comes with a code list that contains the codes for various brands and models of devices. Look for the code list that came with your remote. It may be included in the user manual or available online on the manufacturer's website.
  4. Enter programming mode: Press and hold the "SET" button on the remote until the LED light on the remote turns on and remains lit. This indicates that the remote is now in programming mode.
  5. Enter the device code: Enter the appropriate device code for your device using the number buttons on the remote. The LED light on the remote should blink once to indicate that the code has been successfully entered.
  6. Test the remote: Point the remote at the device and press the "POWER" button. If the device turns off, it means the remote has successfully programmed with the correct code. If not, repeat the above steps with a different code from the list until you find the correct one.
  7. Store the code: Once you have successfully programmed the remote, press the "SET" button again to save the code. The LED light on the remote should turn off, indicating that the code has been stored.
  8. Test other functions: After programming the "POWER" button, try using other buttons on the remote, such as volume or channel buttons, to ensure that all the desired functions are working correctly.
  9. Repeat for other devices: If you want to control other devices, such as a DVD player or audio system, repeat the above steps with the appropriate device codes.
  10. Exit programming mode: Once you have finished programming all your devices, press the "SET" button one more time to exit programming mode. The LED light on the remote should turn off.
Note: If you are unable to find the correct code for your device in the code list, the Philmore PM-RC18 remote also has a "code search" function that allows you to search for the correct code manually. Refer to the user manual or online resources for instructions on how to use the code search function. If you encounter any issues or difficulties during the setup process, refer to the user manual or contact Philmore customer support for further assistance.
