A prior Fixya answer indicated this to be capacitors or voltage regulator on the circuit board is bad. The solution advocated is to call for service and have them to replace the circuit board. The should go to the female colour coded RCA jacks on the TV if they are not present then your TV doesn't natively support them and you may need to buy a SCART to RCA adapter.
