Hi if your not sure just call lexmak and one of their agents will be more than happy to help if for any reason it wont work and you have your receipt within the 1 year period lexmark will replace it free of charge. Do not send the ink or power cord they will make out an rma for you and send it to you by email here is their number. 1844 878 8398. Usa. 1800 539 6275 camada

1- Make sure the electrical outlet is working.
