SOURCE: forget administrator password in lenovo laptop in windows xp os

Forgetting your Windows administrator login password. With no way to get into the system, you can’t even perform basic maintenance, let alone a thorough tune-up. Formatting is always an option, but we consider that a last resort. (Plus, guess who’s going to have to help reinstall all the programs lost after a wipe?) But all hope is not lost. There are a few ways to actually retrieve a lost Windows account password. Read on, and we’ll show you the light.

1st Method:
The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

2th Method:
There are a lot of Windows password revealers and crackers available, but we’ve found that Windows Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:
Windows Password Recovery Tool is one of the easiest password recovery tools to use. It allows you to reset a user account password, including the Administrator password. It is also a relatively small download.

SOURCE: problem with the wifi lenovo G450

Be sure your wireless switch is on. Then check your device manager. If it has yellow mark under network adapters, then you need to download driver for that. Click here to download driver. If that won't still work, try uninstalling Lenovo Readycomm from the list of your programs in Control panel. If that still doesn't work, contact your service provider to configure the wireless settings of your pc and router.

For reset Windows Xp admin password, there are about three methods :
1.Use the built-in administrator account which you can logon without password in safe mode.It was built when you install your system and its password default as blank.Press ctrl+alt+delete twice in the welcome screen and you can see a classical logon dialog box, type administrator and press Enter.Or you can press F8 when you start/restart your computer to select start from safe mode.
2.Use a password reset disk If you have created ever.Of course it must be created for your current password. You can find a prompt when you input a false password in the welcome screen.Clik it and follow the guide.
3.If the two methods above cannot help you,you can find a recovery tool.As far as I know, there are many password tools on the network, but I have used is "Windows password rescuer professional 3.0" ,it is simple and safe that the average person will use it. All of my windows XP user accounts were deleted except for one limited account. The laptop only stays on a couple minutes at the time. Video and audio is great when I can keep it on. Also have new battery....

Access the Administrator's account and create another account or do the necessary changes, like virus scanning, driver updating, etc..etc.. To access the Administrator's account in Windows xp, once the system boots upto the windows logon screen (where you are going to type in your password), press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice, the classing logon box will pop up, there type in "Administrator" and username and leave the password blank and press Enter. (If you had changed the administrator's password, use that one)

If you need further help, let me know with specific details.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

I try loging on to my windows but the log on screen dont allow me enough space to put in the letters to my password how can this be fixed

If you Windows is XP, try this, when you reach the logon screen, move the mouse cursor on the blank screen and click once, now press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice on the keyboard, type in your username and try with the password. If still it doesn't allow, then type in "Administrator" on the username box and press enter, leaving the password blank. Most systems has no admin password, so if it's same with your's you'll be able to do that and you'll be allowed to login a the administrator. Once you are logged in, go to control panel and change the password of your user with a shorter one. You can now log-off from the administrator's account and login to your account with the newly created password.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

it not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password
You can use the ISO to burn a boot CD. Follow these instructions:
1. Download ISO file from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com Windows Password Recovery Tool
2. Burn to a CD using a CD burning tool such as Nero or Roxio or MagicISO
3. Insert CD into drive and reboot.
4. You may have to select an option in the BIOS to get the computer to boot from the CD.
Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm.
