This is typically not a DIY job and strongly recommend contacting a professional to check the wiring between the main control board and drain valve since you have already replaced the drain valve.

Some certified technicians warranty their labor and part for 30 days.

you could always put dishes needing washing in the washer and run cycle. The electric element will heat the water to 140 degrees and it will clean just fine.

I just moved into a new house and builder had provided a dish washer drain just below my kitchen drain line.

DIsh washer install was done by me, every thing worked out OK except dish washer would not drain after a wash cycle.

Cause: drain provided by builder was blocked and needed a circular small cut before mounting drain hose over it.
