Your chainsaw is made by a company called WEN / Wagner

It's a WEN 6014 lumberjack. I've added the link to their website, it may be worth messaging them to see if they still produce the parts or if it's now obsolete. Good luck with your hunt, and please click the 'helpful' button if you found this useful. Thank you

The screw to used to move the frog to adjust the throat is missing. Can I get a replacement? Is there another part of the adjustment assembly missing?

Auctions and search engines.
Some plane Mfgs. had custom threads made. Modern bolts and screws from the hardware store may not work. Take the plane to a genuine hardware store where someone will help.
There are typically 2 slotted machine screws that secure a frog to the plane.
The plane will work fine without the slotted frog adjustment screw near the brass thumb wheel.
Really old metal planes had no frog adjustment screws.
The new frog adjustment feature did boost sales though.
If the threaded bolt for the brass thumb wheel is missing it will need to be replaced so the cutter can be easily adjusted.

32 cc weedwaker mod#358791072 starts fine, will run at idel for warm up, dies when you give it gas or start it with choke in run position.

If you only have one jet screw adjust the "H" Jet screw on the carb. Make minor adjustments of less than 1/8th turn. Test engine acceleration after each adjustment.
If you have 2 Jet screws "L" and "H" only adjust the "L" screw.
On the 2 jet carb the "H" screw is adjusted for ideal top engine RPM / Max speed.
The goal is to elimate engine hesitation / stall as you grip the throttle quickly by adjusting the "L" jet screw..

Heatilator Pilot Issue

Any pilot adjustment would be under a large screw with a flat blade slot in it. There would be a smalled flat blade screw under it. Warning: Too small of a flame and your safety device won't work.
