Paired with I phone 5s when request name from phone book phones my iPhone number also some incoming calls cant connect caller says they cane hear me but I cannot hear them ?

it sounds like a fault with the mic, mabe it is trapped or not plugged in properly. get your engineer back to sort it, they should have fully tested it before leaving.

Try this.

* To send several contacts at once:
* On the phone go to MENU / CONTACTS
* Select a contact to send by pressing OPTIONS / MARK-UNMARK / MARK
* Select your contacts to send then select OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for available devices
* Select the CK3100 from the list and the contacts are sent to your car kit

you willhave to send the contact manually to the parrot you can try making all but if this dont work you will have to send them one by one.

kindly check the compatibility of your phone with parrot. you may check from here. also, installation matters. a professional should be consulted on linking the audio to car speakers and mouth piece mounting and positioning.
