Not all vehicles have a ignition supply at the radio as they use the canbus system to turn things off and on. You will need a multi meter to check if there is power on the correct wires and you my need to pick up the ignition from the fuse box. Parrot web site has details of the accredited engineers in your area.

HiI have a a Parrot Mki9200, I did an update via USB and since then the whole unit hasnt turned on when the ignition is on.Can you help?

I had the same problem. stopped turning on one fine day after a little more than a week of installing. then started working again after a few months. realized that it turned on when i thought i had lost it for good. then i also realized that the other instruments in my car were reset, like clock, radio etc. then realized that someone had removed the batteries and installed it again. the clocks restart when you do that. then i realized thats what must've worked and i was right. keeps 'not turning on' from time to time nowadays as well. but works every time i disconnect the batteries and connect them again. like restarting it. hope it works for you too...

Most of these devices have problems with accents, noise or names that aren't common. Maybe it is a problem with your device, you can try it indoors and when it still doesn't work correctly, get a refund if you can

Hi Mark, I suggest contacting manufacturer by snail mail. When you do so, your problem won't end up in a spam folder, unseen by those who can rectify problem. Worth a stamp because good chance manufacturer will actually respond by sending you brand new product free of charge. Many don't want to go through this "trouble" ; however, businesses are quite competitive (more than you may think!). No business that makes millions wants to lose a good customer + his/her family members & friends for a "drop in the bucket" money amount in order to keep you and other customers. Jimmy

You will need to set up an in-car profile in the phone menu then change the ring option to off.

Hi, speakers are poor in design to begin with, these speakers have a low end response of which is ridiculously low for a speaker of this design/size. It's not intended to be a deep bass speaker, most likely what your getting is a result of poor cone construction simply because it's not made for the application your trying to use it for. As a quick fix, you could try putting baffles on them for under $10 bucks. You'll be able to get more response out of them, therefore you can turn the bass down & possibly utilize the speaker more efficiently.
