The door lock mechanism is stuck. You will need to get access to the back of the machine in order to undo the screws holding the top of the machine on. Make sure the machine is unplugged from the pains supply, there are wires attached to the switch and they may be live. Remove the top of the machine and reach down inside to where lock is (near door handle on front), push on the back of the lock/switch and it should release. If the problem re-occurs then the lock/switch will need to be replaced.

The machine door wont open after it finish the wash cycle

There should be a LOCK ICON with an LED to tell you whether the Front Load door is locked or unlocked.

If the machine door wont open after the wash cycle, the dryer function or the drainage function hasnt completed.

What you can try is just choose the dryer function after the completed wash cycle if the problem arises again.

IF that doesnt work, then look at bottom of the machine; there should be a flap present which you generally open up to get to the manual drainage valve.. you just pull that open and drain any leftover water .. After the water recedes.. the LOCK icon should be off and you can then open the front load door

Constant clicking of door lock

Suggestion: Try a little WD40 spray on the door, not on the machine. Close and open 2 or 3 times while plug is off the wall mains.

My friend has an xqg65-11 all in one that she bought used. It worked fine for a few weeks, then started to not move to the next cycle, it just stopped. She has been manually clicking it to the next cycle....

There is a lint filter right under your washer door. You push that lid open, and you will find the lint filter. I have the same machine. but min is an xqg50-11. Is that a washer/dryer combo?

Washer will not open after washing cycle ie

Hi:
There is a door locking mechanism that won't let you open the door during certain cycles, and it might be hanging up. After the next time the door sticks, try gently tapping on the door , near the latch area. If the door releases, you need to get that solenoid replaced,

Spin cycle complete; door refuses to open

check if the water has completely emptied - maybe the filter needs clearing.
otherwise. switch off mains. take top off. feel down the front of the machine to the door lock. you can usually find the peg and operate it with thumb nail but difficult
i assume you have'nt broken the door handle

When the wash cycle is complete, the door doen' open?

the door may be locked electrically, pneumatically or mechanically. if you unplug it and wait 3 mins see if it opens. if not keep unplugged and check the door lock from the inside to see if there is a tube connected to it- if so pull it off. if no go the lock may be jammed.
