Cant connect to wifi because bluetooh is stuck running a prograhm

Hola Fernando, no se que dispositivo tienes, pero casi siempre se puede aplicar esta solucion para cualquiera sea Android o iPhone:
Este fallo tiene diferentes origenes y no significa que el bluetooh or celular este defectuoso; la forma de resetear un bluetooh es apagandolo y encenderlo nuevamente, pero el error puede continuar, ya que tenemos que trabajar con el celular, vamos a configuracion/ Wifi: desconectamos el Wifi y lo volvemos a conectar; de persistir el defecto ahi en Wifi buscamos el Bluetooh que tenemos conectado y queremos acoplar y removemos este dispositivo del celular, apagamos el celular completamente y al encenderlo nuevamente iniciamos la reconexion del bluetooh.
Te adjunto un video que tiene otra opcion de restablecer el aparejo, cualquier duda aqui estamos.

Hello, make sure the PBT516 wireless speaker have charge, then follow the instructions to conect the device to iphone, go to setting/ bluetooh then when you see the device name or number they to pair are ready to connect, almost on 95 % of the pairing connections you press the power botton on the bluetooth for 3 secund, then show you blue/ red light intermittent, then they connect.

this is a bad problem with the latest update the wifi chip on the main board it over heats and seems to become unsoldered there are various fixes online personally i wouldn't try any of these i would take it into you local unlock shop and ask there if they can repair it

If your modem pulled a new or different ip address and you did not reset your router it could be trying to use the old IP address and there would be a conflict. IP addresses usually have a lease of 24 hours, S if your IP was refreshed at noon and you reset your mdem and for sopme reason it obtained a new ip address the router would not be able to connect until noon the following day when it tried to refresh. Rebooting the router should cause it to sync back up with the modem and pull the correct IP address. You may need to log into your router and manually release and renew the IP address even after rebooting your router, I have seen a few routers that would still not pull the new address unless this was done.
My preferred method is to unplug power from the router, then reboot the modem. Only after the modem is synced back up do I plug power back into the router, so far this has seemed to work the best.

Wireless or USB? First thing to test is to turn off the PC firewall... you should also look in the Help section of Missing Sync on the PC, there is a 'Fix Connection' button. Go ahead and try to select that and also try to sync again as that restarts all the Missing Sync background processes. It will take a few seconds to restart things and you will get a popup letting you know when its done. Then, try to sync again.

If still not syncing, I would try to start the process over, from the beginning.

1. On your device, Unpair with the desktop (in Missing Sync)...if you are paired
2. Reboot your device
3. Reboot your desktop
4. Verify both device and desktop connected to the WiFi router and you have internet access (can browse the web)On the device, also check this: Settings>Wifi>Wireless Controls> Wifi.
5. Run the Setup Assistant, in Missing Sync on the desktop and it will generate a PassKey
6. Launch Missing Sync on the phone and enter this passkey, and hit the 'Pair' button
7. Now try to sync... Contacts and Calendar syncing are initiated on the phone and synced wirelessly (WiFi or Bluetooth) and not over USB .. Media syncs using the USB cable and its initiated on the desktop.

Here are some tips to increase the performance:
1) Run a lower brightness setting on your screen. Make sure it's not set to automatic. 2) Don't run widgets that update all the time. The more your data connection is running, the more power you use. 3) Make sure screen is turned off when not actually using the phone. 4) If you're in range of WiFi (like at home) use WiFi instead of cell data. It uses less power. 5) Don't have your WiFi, GPS, or Bluetooth on when you're not connected to them. It takes a lot of power for them to continuously search for a connection. 6) Run less background syncing. If you can get away with your email syncing only once every 15 minutes, do that instead of it syncing continuously. 7) Search your phone model on XDA Developers to find additional tips.
8) Last one. Don't run Automatic Task Killers. They often times shut down needed background services which requires a higher CPU load to restart. More CPU load means more battery usage.

Usually this can be done my turning the blue tooth on and going into your cell phone and finding where it allows you to connect to a bluetooh device once there it will say sync with device, click yes or what ever term it uses, it may then ask for a code to sync the device it's usually a code of 0000 or 1234. Hope that will help you, it's the standard way most bluetooths are synced to cell phones.

Email sync: make sure each account is set to send and receive automatically every xx minutes. I think the default is four hours?
Phone freezing: are you using WiFi or your cell data network? I've found if you're using WiFi and have a weak connection, the phone will spend a lot of time trying to re-connect.
Resetting the phone: pulling the battery is a bummer-- have you tried using the reset button on the bottom of the phone (to the right of the power connector)?

Check with the HTC support center helpline or visit the nearest support center should have the contact numbers in the user manual "for the driver for vista". Also please show your phone the service center as there has been lots of patches for the models OS for correcting lots of problems which were present...should correct most of your problems and for sync try using bluetooh or if cable problem is preseistent after all the correction..don't waste time just sync using bluetooh, if not inbulit in your system by an additional bluetooh module hardly costs anything, works great and fast..have a nice day.

well the way i know to do it is if you want to ues a bluetooh headset is to turn the headset on then go to connections go to bluetooth then go to my devices and search for new devies(note* make sure your phone visibility is on)
