My daughter purchased the Motorized Pottery Wheel. The motor doesn't turn the wheel. How do I return the product as is?

Instead, you need to contact Comfort Products directly and ask about replacing you massage cushion which is still under warranty.

Only you know if you ordered your massage cushion directly from the company or purchased it at a store.

I would say that both the batteries are not holding a full charge ....I had one in the past for my mother and if it was not chraged on a regular basis the batteries would die out ....the cheapest and easiest route here is to try new batteries.

go to mscustomercare.com-scroll down until you see the pottery wheel, then download directions. We did receive the directions for my daughters pottery wheel, however it is missing page 4 and 8. I hope this helps!
