If that hapens then your sansa is infected with virus or your computer is infected. try installing an original anti virus in your system and clean up your device and your system...and also format the device

Freezing / no recognition by computer

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
Then do firmware upgrade

What's wroooooong???

It sounds like the MP3 player you got is defective. Its warranty should still be in effect, so I would recommend exchanging it for a replacement.
