For changing the batteries of logitech wireless.I guess a video tutorial will help you out rather than written instructions. Watch it to lean how to replace battery of the logitech cordless mouse ( Logitech MX 1000 Model). If you are having a different model please specify the details of your model.
Check the location of the receiver. Trying moving the keyboard/ mouse right in front the computer when this happens and see what it does. Lost connections in a wireless mouse keyboard are typically (in order):
1) Batteries: change with fresh ones. Be 100% positive they work.
2) Location: move the KB/mouse very close to receiver, or switch the port of the receiver. If both devices disconnect receiver is either on a bad port, or failing, too far or has interference (with other devices in house). If only 1 device disconnects then try moving it closer (even temporarily). If that fails the device could be failing.
3) Hardware failure: unlikely but possible.
It is unlikely to be a software issue for a keyboard like this (the basics should still work), but if you really love the mouse you can always just use that with a new wired keyboard.
Hi !
I suggest you to install the software including drivers + profiler here:
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/486/2965?WT.z_sp=Image
Then you can download pre-defined profile for your game here:

Thanks and have a nice day !

i have to ask: are both batteries the correct way? do the batteries works if you put them in something like a remote? i am just trying to eliminate every possibility, because if the batteries are ok and the mouse was working before you changed, then the mouse is really dead, and then you have to go buy a new one
if its battery powered thats the issue. 2 other possibillities there is a faulty connection or the mouse is bad. Replace it, return it or exchange it. Also u should take the time to clean it every 2 weeks or month
