Kyocera Mita TASKalfa 180 Black Toner Cartridge Genuine Logo
Ekera Teia Posted on Sep 02, 2014

When I do photo copying then the printing is too light but when I do a printing using a 1087 two times then the printing is very clear.

I changed the drum unit, developer, and also swap the main pwb or high voltage pwb but the printing/quality is still the same. Also I changed the isu & lsu but still the problem is same.Any advice or solution for that problem is most acceptable.

SOURCE: Degradation of copies produced by Mita ai3010 copier

Please put the copier machine in the horizontally, and check the developer level in the developer station.Check the magnetic roller. If the copy degrade in the normal size (paper is positionly normal) the problem is in the optics section. In this case remove the mirror obturation plates, alligniament, clean the expo lamp.If the copy is degrade in the RS tray you need the check the developer unit, change and alligniament the doctor blade value (0,35mm) and change the drum collars.

How do I clear the memory on a ECosys FS-C2126 Copy/printer

it is under mode 21, you need to login first to maintenance mode by punching the numbers 1087 1087. then select the number 21 then hit start. you will be able to clear the memory .

The machine is full black when I do photocopy using a feeder(ADF) or using a glass. When I print a maintenance report using 1087 2 times then the printing is very clear.

if you can print fine and it is just when you copy from the adf or the glass then check the mirror and carriage alignment, the ccd, and the lamp. sometimes the lamp is visible but is too weak to do its job. if you replaced the drum and lsu while it still generated internal prints okay you wasted time and money.... but anyway. if you replaced the ccd and the mirrors and lamps are okay then it sounds like the board.

Sharp al1631 copier doesn't work after replacing new drum

Press the following keys in sequence and as fast as possible. Clear, exposure mode (far left key), clear, exposure mode. In other words...clear, far left, clear, far left. The display should go blank if this is done properly. If so then enter 24 as if you were going to make 24 copies, then press print. You should get flashing 000. then enter 7 as if you were making 7 copies, then press print. Should get flashing zero's.
Hit clear a few times and there you go!
Here it is in a line:
"C",far left, "C", far left, 24,print,7,print, CCC or turn machine off then on.
Good Luck

Only 4x6 tray prints clearly

For this concern try pressing "copy+cancel" for media calibration then try again, make sure you have an A4 paper loaded. If this doesnt help you out try using the Kodak website www.kodak.com/go/itg and use "image quality" for class.
