Nope, this is a hardware problem and the camera needs to be worked on. Notice how your display works fine but the finished product exhibits the anomaly. The recording end is messed up.

If your videos are stored on a SD memory card then the SD card maybe to slow. Try using a faster SD card say class 8 or class 10.

When i take picture,the picture is white n some time become very very bright, but if take video is ok.

this can be usually associated with your white balance in still camera mode.
Check to see your white balance is set correctly or just set it to auto. Also make sure the mode you are in it set. (ie. indoor, outdoor, auto, speed)

FinePix F470 Lines on images and faded colors on photo mode.

You have over exposed pictures due to the shutter sticking.
The video is the clue to the problem. It doesn't use the shutter.
Shutter needs to be cleaned. This is no easy task im afraid

Try this. Purchase a card reader for your card. Create a folder on your desktop. Insert your card into the reader and plug it in. Now, you can download straight to the folder.

Might be worth flicking through all the settings menus for a few minutes - look in particular to see if you've got it out of Auto into Manual Exposure, or if somebody has accidentally selected a "brighten everything up by a couple of stops" mode. A.
