Where to send pocket mmo recorder for repair?

The recorder skips or scrabbles dictation when replayed

Philips is no longer doing repairs to their recorders. In warranty recorders are replaced with a "white box" unit, while out of warranty recorders will need to be replaced.

Have you tried to format/replace the memory card?

The philips LFH9600 dictations are going back to the beginning

There is a minus and plus button under the menu button. If she rests her thumb on the minus button it will skip backwards. This will also cause lost dictation because it will skip back without knowing about it and you can dictate over what is there.

Philips Pocket Memo 398 dictation machine - spindles not turning

Most likely cause here is a broken drive belt. This machine is at least ten years old. The belts for the latest model (381) will fit, but it's a tricky job to fit.

Unable to understand how to dictate and play back

It may seem too obvious, but make sure the volume control is turned up fully. If you do not hear a click through the loudspeaker when pressing the record button then either the 'speaker wire has broken or the 'speaker itself is dead. Parts are still available.

No, you can't do this on the Olympus DS-50 , its not a dictation machine, you can do this only by Olympus DS-2300, DS-3300, & DS-4000 which they have the Editing Features : Insert,Overwrite, eraseing and Partial erase
