so the problem is air vac switch need to closed before the fan star running is 24vac power them we need to move to ignition control muddle (IID) CHECK f-1 and f-2 for 120vac going to fan , make sure the heater is calling for heat , good look and take you time,
So good news and bad news. Bad news is the remote portion for a 1998 Cadillac Catera Key Fob requires profressional programming. We suggest using a locksmith, they should save you some money compared to the dealer.

Is it Propane or Natural gas? Check your gas supply pressure.Also, open up control panel, accessable by removing the plastic exterior panel with 4 screws, check to make sure no critters got in and chewed wiring.
the problem is in your motherboard..this most cause unregulated flow of power from the source electric..but if the green led is off so its the processor.try to test it with a motherboard tester..or get another board that same spec with the you have,and transfer the processsor if it is working
The users manual for these pool heaters is very thorough and address this problem in the flow chart. Try that and see if you get the solution you are looking for. A lot of the questions needed to troubleshoot cant be answered unless you are looking directly at the heater.
