Hey, getting back to your question. to change the belt you have to take apart the model on the bottom portion and unscrew the five screws on the bottom. once you have done this undo the belt screw if you haven't already, once you do this the belt should come out smoothly. also to be honest the belt should be located by the beater bar at the front bottom portion of the model. please get back to me on this if you meed any help i can help you with this

Hey Teri! If you have good suction from the end of the upholstery hose, the turbobrush should rotate as long as there isn't anything binding the brush. Otherwise, a new turbobrush will need to be purchased.
