Work with the previous owner and find out where it was sent and any records of it being sent. If monies were paid have the credit card owner contact the credit card coompany and contest the purchase. If you want a new mother board you would need to post the make and model of the machine.
What kind of water? If it is sea water it is probably gone as sea water is highly corrosive. Did you immediately remove the battery and leave it out? If not, then the water, which conducts electricity, could have sent over 300 volts from the flash circuit into the rest of the camera and fried a number of circuits. Without seeing the camera it is impossible for me to give any other suggestions
Your refrigerator has stopped defrosting. Depending on model it could be Defrost Timer or Electronic Defrost Control, Defrost Heater and Defrost Thermostat. You can salvage the food by manualy defrosting and that will give you a few days to collect the parts and get her going again. That has to be nothing more than a defrost problem. Inside the fresh food compartment and behind the controls there is a an electronic defrost control board. I will give you a link to find your parts photo and discription of its location better. The part number is Click Here=> W10135900. Because your model needs this board it is the most likely reason that defrost is not taking place. There are two other possibilities and that is defrost heater and defrost thermostat. The first place I sent you to does not have a photo but I will give you a link soon that you can look at the parts. You need to manually defrost until the board or defrost heater is replaced.
