Puk blocked phone cannot make or receive calls

you have to call your sim service provider and asked them for puk code they will only help you

Depending what your cellular operator is use a phone that has the same operator as yours.phone customer servises,give them your cellular number and the can give you your puk number.

I think Ur Sim card has been blocked so to unlock it again....call from other phone to Ur customer care and ask then for the PUK code of that Sim which have been blocked.....

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

NOTE: You should ask your service provider,get the PUK, Else it can be found in the booklet given when you purchased the SIM card

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
