My Name Gilbert: My rca tv 52" turn off itself and wont turn on. There is a noise, when you plug in. Click, click, click. I moving the board to check if there something loose but nothing happened. Could you help me?
Your description indicates that the power supply has failed; the noise you are hearing is probably caused by a relay that is interrupting the AC supply to avoid damaging the supply any further or causing a fire.
Disconnect your set from the wall and allow several hours (overnight is better) so that dangerous voltages have a chance to discharge.
You will have to gain access to the lower section of your system to look for a separate board with larger components on it, some cylindrical (capacitors), some block-like (chokes and transformers).
If you can locate this board, it should be user replaceable.
The next step would be to look for unique markings on that board looking like an assembly number.
With that in hand and the model number of your set, look for the RCA service center in your area and call them to determine whether they have a repair or replacement assembly.
If only a replacement is available, keep the failed unit for possible repair in the future when the new one fails since mfrs. will not have entire assemblies available in a few years.
I wouldn't try to talk you out of it but it is far more likely that the problem is caused by:
1. Failed electrolytic capacitor (requires special meter to find)
2. Failed semiconductor (easier to find but requires a multimeter)
If it was my set, I would first try to find the bad cap (I own the equipment) and if there was no bad cap, do what I suggested in the first message.

It's have been disconnect for more than 3 months already. I did try again last Monday and still the same. Someone told me about to re-soldering.
The main fuse is ok. It's could be a flyback? or capacitor?
Thanks for your help and advises.
