Was watching our Westinghouse Digital 227" Wide-Format LCD-TV when the screen went black. Unplugged it for a month or two and then tried it again. About 5 seconds after turning the power on (with no video input hooked up) the blue screen flashes on for about half a second and then black screen again. If the "Source" button is presses 6 times the blue screen returns for a half second again and then back to a black screen. No one in our area fixes LCD so we'll have to ship out of state if we can't figure out what to do. Does anyone have any ideas?
Had same problem replaced backlight inverter.
Check where your plug go's in to your powersupply if it is well fitted. ////sometimes it dosnt make well connection then you will struggle to get it on.
