Is there a simple step-by-step listing for checking out what is wrong with this unit for someone not electronically knowledgeable?
The power on/off button must be manually pulled out and in.
The red standby light stays on continuosly.
Nothing works.
Also, Is there a phone number I could call for assistance?
FWIW, here's a link to Crosly online support. The only phone number I know of is 1-866-CROSLEY.
I suspect you might have better luck with a reliable local stereo/audio technician.
