Not knowing the settings being used or you're experience, makes it kind of difficult. But, I would check where the sun is positioned when you take your next photos. If you are shooting into the sun the background can be completely blown out. Try keeping the sun to your back and see if that helps.

Canon powershot A470 problem when i click photo then white image come? but when i use it night it is normal. but during daylight or with sunlight.. white image appear....and every time i take a picture...

The shutter flex cable inside the lens is broken. Happens to all cameras from Canon A4xx series. At day the images will be overexposed with horizontal lines on it, but it could look better at dark / night. The FLEX has to be replaced. Canon doesn't supply new flex cables for these, but there are some cheap copies on ebay. But as these brake very often, I wouldn't suggest you investing money in this camera, because it will brake again sooner or later.

Overexposed photos on a nikon D60 in sunlight

You could set the white balance to the full sun setting. You could set the ISO to a lower number. You could set the "exposure compensation" to a lower number.

I have a Z612 which will seems to overexpose outdoor sunlight pictures. Video is ok, indoor flach pics ok. I think the problem was caused checked luggage being slammed around. Any ideas?

Many cameras have an exposure adjustment of increasing/decreasing amount of exposure (usually marked as -/+) Yours is probable set with to much overexposure. This is a setting you can change.

Overexposure in sunlight

It's probably a faulty shutter. Take a look at my blog post to a possible solution.
