Weird Codes Recently whenever I try to print UPC labels from my printer I get the following codes and then the printer does not stop printing unless I open it or turn it off. The codes look exactly like this: ZT JF N GW08,141,29,470 I have uninstalled and re-installed the printer to no avail. Does anyone know the solution to this problem or what this problem is? Thank you!

Sometimes it's simply the Internet Browser settings. Go to File, then Page Setup and change the margins to 0.1 and all footers and headers to Blank or Empty.

You can recalibrate it to read the label size by doing the following.

Power off the printer
Hold down the green button
Turn the printer on and about 1/2 second after turning it on, release the green button
It will print out some information and measure the label. Once it stops, hit the green button one last time and then try to print another label.

Check to see if the pause light is on also. Make sure you are using the correct printer driver. (105se)
Try in ZPL and then try in ZPLII.
Check Delimiter character 2CH
Check Format prefix 5EH
Check Control prefix 7EH

Bartender is a pretty good label software package - strange that you're having problems with a barcode. Are you by any chance trying to print a 2D barcode such as Datamatrix ? If that's true, then the problem is that the datamatrix barcode is not a resident barcode in the firmware version of that printer which is an older model. There should be a choice in bartender, in the properties of the barcode field that allows you to send the barcode as an image or graphic. The barcode will then print.

If you're trying to print a linear barcode (C39 or C128 or UPC for example) and it they won't print with the steps you have taken, then something is definetly wrong. Another option would be to take your label format and print-to-file instead of print-to-printer. There should be an option on the print screen for this. By then opening the file, the ZPL (Zebra's programming language) can then be examined to see exactly what is being sent to the printer.

There is a job in the print queue. At the start of a print job a code is sent saying print the following data as graphics because you have turned the printer off it thinks that all the data is text. You need to delete the job in the print queue. Select the printer in Control Panel>Printers and it should show you a list of print jobs. Delete them

Select the correct label size in the printer setup.Go to printing preference in driver and changet label width and height according to label which you use.Eg: 52MM and 25MM
when label is large double click the barcode and decrease font size according to your label size.

Check the size of the label in your codes or driver.
The length must be correct or else you cannot use it correctly.
