Alright, well you have many options to choose from.

If cost is an issue, you can try this free application:
http://www.e-speaking.com/free_voice_dictation_software.htm

However, if performance and quality are crucial, I would suggest going with some more esstemed products.

Products such as Nuance's Dragon Naturally Speaking:
http://www.nuance.com/naturallyspeaking/

Or a product from a company called VoiceBox:http://www.voicebox.com/

Also, try Downloads.com and see what you can find, if your not fully satisfied with the free link.

My Doro phone which is fully charged and i am able to text with,is having a problem with calls in and out i am unable to hear caller in or out, volume is on full.

Try your headphone with microphone to see if it works. The microphone in the phone may be bad. If the headphone mic works, then you know for sure. If neither work, you have a phone problem and it needs to be fixed. If the mic in the phone only doesnt work, then you can try plugging and unplugging the headphones to see if the switch inside that senses the cable is dirty and it may alow the internal mic to work again. I suspect however that you will need to take it to a store. Might be easier.

realtech hd is your sound device. go into windows control panel and access the sound settings then navigate to voice settings click the volume button, your mic might be muted. also if you want the headphones to work plug them into the plug that your speakers are using (side-note: mics and head phones never need something installed to work as long as your sound device works and your definitely does work, only when the mic is a special interface like USB do you need to install software and/or drivers)

Mic

If your headphones have a single plug you cannot plug these into a regular speaker connection or headphone connction and get mic and sound, you will need a headset that has 2 separate plugs (one for Mic and one for headphone) or a splitter you can get a radio shack. Most headsets have only one plug and there are connections for both the mic and the headphones on this plug, but the headphone connection on the computer has only connections for the headphone and therefore cannot detect the microphone.

Headphone not working on the headphone.

Try the headfones through a sterio or something just to see if the headfone itself is not faulty if it is take it back to the shop and get a replacement. Else the socket for the plugin is faulty.

Line Recording with H5500

i think that audio jack is for headphone-microphone combined (those cable plugs have a three black lines , top for left audio, center for right audio, last line for microphone) so you can use a headphones with mic directly with this 5500. the mic is i said before is the last line. what you need is a monophone plug. (mono mic) i dont think stereo mic will work.
