Keypad is frozen, cant dial out or recieve any calls

Is there a dial tone if you pick up the reciever ? Can you send faxes or use the machine to make a phone call ? If you can make calls or send faxes the machine probably needs to be set to the auto recieve mode so that it automatically answers when a fax is being recieved. If no dial tone you may have a loose connection to your phone jack.

That sounds like liquid damage. That was a common effect of liquid damage on some of the LG phones.

i will advice you to go a autherised servicecenter.they will fix that problem.

ur mobile keypad might got slight damage... since it got wet.... u can go to th authorised service centre for motorola an get ur keypad service.... so that ur prob get solved..... kindly rate me .... thank you....

Well i suggest that you take the case of your phone and have a look at your screen maybe some of the screws have gone missing or the screen has just worn itself out? . Note youll need a t6 or t7 torx screwdriver to do this , hope i helped
