The hanging problem might be as a result of the follow:
- Maybe there is a virus on your phone.
- Maybe the phone memory is full.
- Memory card also might be full or maybe the memory card has virus
- Your phone operating system might me corrupt.
Solution(s):
- Try to delete the files on the phone memory and let's see what happens
- Remove the memory card and put on the phone without it and see if the phone will still hang
- Master reset the phone and see if phone will still hang
If you try all the above and your phone still hangs, then you will have no choice than to take your phone to a qualified phone repair shop for software restore. That is, computer will be used to format your phone and the phone software will be reinstalled afresh to its factory default state and you will not see any trace of hanging on your phone any more.

You have dry connections in the phone,maybe caused by water or moist.Only solution is the repair shop.
My phone keys are cracked
If you have insurance on the phone you call them to submit a claim, pay $50.00 and get a refurbished phone. Or you can order replacement keys and replace yourself. My 15 year old son has had this problem and we have fixed it 2 times with parts from his sisters old phone and replacement keys we found on ebay.
How to put new fascias on w910i helllllllllllllp
- Turn off the phone.
- Remove the 4 screw covers on the back of the phone, 2 on the top of the main body and 2 at the top of the slider.
- Take out the 2 screws at the top of the main body.
- There is a 3rd screw on the right hand side of the phone above battery pack, take this out. dont forget where each screw came from.
- you can now remove the back plate.
- next you will need to remove the 2 screws on the top of the slider.
- Remove the battery pack.
- (make sure the slider is OPEN) You will see two screws on either side of where the battery pack was. Remove these.
- You can now Remove the front plate.
Bassically uncrew all the screws. take it apart, put your new stuff on and then do everything again backwards.
