Panasonic KX-T7730. Why can't I receive calls?

Probably, the problem is not on your phone it is on your PABX configuration. Please advise your IT Guy to check your PABX or perform a PABX reset.

NO DIAL TONE

Since an Analog Pana phone uses two pairs, swap phones completely with someone else. If the phone you had works somewhere else and the phone you borrowed does not, it's a wiring issue.
The phones light up because the data to make the display and lights travel on the second (black/yellor or orange) pairs of the jack (pins 2&5). The voice is on the first (pins 3&4) pair.
If the phone is bad, it's bad, but I'm guessing your missing a wire on the red or green lead of the phone jack, either from a bad base cord, or a bad jack.

Call Customer Service 1-8O5-465-751O To Fix Issue Outside Line Button.

I doubt you would be looking to "delete" the number. Instead you need to program that button to be a line button again and that will in effect delete the quick-dial you programmed. I'm not sure which phone system you have your phone connected to (you could have one of several different Panasonic systems) but programming the button for a line should be somewhat similar to programming it for speed-dial.

Does the manual you have cover any other programming options for buttons?

It's a long shot but some systems I am familiar with you can just push the same button again instead of the number. So for example if this was the line3 button, program similarly as you did before but at the step where you dialed the number, just press the line3 button.

If you're still stuck, let me know which Panasonic phone systm you have so I can look up more detail (the system is not a phone)

How to active caller id for panasonic kx-t7730

It depends what telephone system the KX-T7730 is connected to. You should have a Panasonic box that says 'KX-TA624', 'KX-TEA308, 'KX-TES824' or similar somewhere. Depending which Telephone System you have, it may just need programming or it may need an additional card (circuit board) installing. Panasonic KX TEA TES Telephone Systems Tiny Telecom
