Hey dear you did not describe the full detail. Light is continuously blinking and nothing is coming out from the printer OR printer is not printing anything. If the printer is not printing anyting and light continuously blinking. It means printer is not properly getting the data. You have to change the 'encoder' (a transparent strip goes through the carriage) and you have to clear the round transparent encoder present left side in the mechanical with wet cotton. After this your printer will work smoothly.

Paper won't feed

Inside of the machine is dirty.
If the inside of the machine is dirty, the printed paper may be smudged.
Follow the steps described below to clean the inside of the machine.
1. Ensure that the machine is turned on and there is no paper loaded in the Auto Sheet Feeder.
2. Place A4/Letter-sized plain paper in landscape orientation, horizontally fold it in half.
3. Unfold the paper, and load the paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder with the inverted-V edge down.

4. Select <Bottom plate cleaning> from <Maintenance>.
5. Select <Yes> on the Bottom plate cleaning confirmation screen and then press [OK].
Paper will be ejected.
If protrusions inside the machine are stained, wipe ink off the protrusions using a swab or such like.
* Important
Before cleaning, be sure to turn OFF the machine.
Paper feed roller is dirty.
Follow the steps described below to clean the paper feed rollers.
1. Ensure that the machine is turned ON and there is no paper loaded in the machine.
2. Select <Roller cleaning> from <Maintenance>.
3. Select <Yes> on the Roller cleaning confirmation screen and then press [OK].
The paper feed roller will rotate as it cleans.
4. Repeat this operation twice.
5. Load three or more sheets of A4/Letter-sized plain paper lengthways in the Auto Sheet Feeder.
6. Select <Roller cleaning> from <Maintenance>.
7. Select <Yes> on the Roller cleaning confirmation screen and then press [OK].
The paper that is loaded in the machine will feed through the machine and be ejected.
8. Repeat Steps 5 to 7 three times.
Inappropriate paper type is used.
Check to see if the paper you are printing on is too thick. See Paper Types You Cannot Use.
Note that smudging may occur at the top and bottom edges of the paper when using Borderless Printing. Ensure that the paper you are using is compatible with Borderless Printing.
Thick paper is used.
When printing on thick paper, set the Paper Thickness Lever to the right.
This widens the gap between the FINE Cartridge and the paper. Try this maneuver if the printed surface is scratched.
Media is curled.
If all four corners or the printing surface of the paper is curled, the paper may become dirty or may not feed properly. Use the paper after correcting paper curl as follows.
1. Place the printing surface face up (A), and cover it with a sheet of non-printing regular paper to avoid damaging the surface.
2. Roll up the paper in the direction opposite to the paper curl as per the figure below.
3. Check the printing paper to confirm if the paper curl is eliminated to within approximately 2 to 5mm / 0.08 to 0.2 in (B).
It is recommended to print on curl-corrected paper one sheet at a time.
The media type is not selected correctly in the printer driver.
On the [Main] tab of the printer driver, ensure that the [Media Type] selected matches the paper loaded.

In the [Print] dialog box of the printer driver, select [Quality & Media] from the pop-up menu, and then ensure that the [Media Type] selected matches the paper loaded.
Paper is loaded incorrectly.
Load in the portrait orientation regardless of the print direction of the Auto Sheet Feeder.
Ensure that paper is loaded correctly. Slide the paper guides against the paper stack.

I am using a S4m printer to print on non zebra labels, by direct printing ( not thermal paper) I cant get what i'm printing to print in the middle of the page. I have tried every possible setting but I...

You need to make sure the printer is calibrated correctly. If you press the feed key, does one label come out and stop at the gap? Do the labels have a black mark on the back of the liner? This would tell us if the printer is set correctly. (Mark or gap). We need to make sure the labels are loaded correctly and the printer is set correctly. Then we move to driver and software settings. I have 10 years experience working for Zebra, so I will get you the resolution once we determine the current setup.

Added small business server. IRC 2550 will no longer print.

Most IRC2550's come standard with UFR printing and not PCL or PS3. If either or the 2 are installed instead of the UFR driver, it will act as if the print is going to the printer but nothing will come out. Verify which driver is installed and if needed, load the correct one.

Here is a direct link to that models download page Click Here

Hp6310 officejet all in one

Hi,
here is solution..
Solution Step one: Make sure that the product prints correctly
  1. Print a self-test page from the product control panel, from Windows, or from the product software. (See the product user guide, available online, for instructions to print a self-test page.)
  2. Check to make sure that black and all colors (if using a color product) print on the self-test page.
    • If the self-test page does not print correctly, an issue might exist with the product hardware. See the product user guide, available online, for further troubleshooting steps.
    • If the self-test page prints correctly, continue with the next step.
Step two: Determine what portion of the page is set to print Many Web pages use frames. Frames divide the screen into multiple windows. Follow these steps to determine what portion of the page is set to print.
  1. Click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop. The Internet Explorer window opens.
  2. On the File menu, click Print . The Print dialog box opens.
  3. Click the Options tab to view the print settings.
  4. Change the settings if required, and then click Print .
Step three: Change the Encoding setting in the Web browser
  1. Click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop. The Internet Explorer window opens.
  2. On the Menu bar, click View .
  3. Click Encoding to view a list of encoding options.
  4. Check the Encoding settings.
    • If Auto Select has a check mark next to it, click to clear the check box.
    • If Western European Windows does not have a check mark next to it, select it.
Try printing again. If the issue continues, proceed to the next step. Step four: Check the page setup settings for the Web browser Web pages are designed to be viewed at a certain screen resolution. If the resolution of the screen is lower than the resolution of the Web page, the whole screen might not display or might not be printed.
  1. Make sure that Internet Explorer is open.
  2. On the File menu, click Page Setup . The Page Setup dialog box opens.
  3. Review the Margins information.
  4. Make sure that the margin settings are greater than or equal to the minimum printable region margins for the product. The margins vary slightly among HP All-in-One products. As a general rule, the settings should be at least the values shown in the following table. Side Margin Top Margin Bottom Margin 6.3 mm (0.25 inch) 6.3 mm (0.25 inch) 6.3 mm (0.25 inch)
  5. Make necessary changes to the margin settings.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.
Try printing again. If the issue continues, proceed to the next step. Step five: Print using Smart Web printing software HP Smart Web Printing is fast, free, downloadable software that enhances how Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox print Web pages. Use HP Smart Web Printing for the following tasks:
  • Select text and graphics from any Web site
  • Save paper by combining portions of numerous Web pages
  • Preview and modify clips before printing
Thank you.......

Make sure you have properly loaded the paper into the printer. If there is an error message on your screen, follow the instructions on it. If still nothing works try the following: > Check the printer cable. Is it securely plugged into the printer and your computer? > Check the printer status: a From the Start menu, click Settings Printers. b From the Printers folder, double-click the icon for your printer. c From the Printer menu, make sure: > Default Printer is selected. > Pause Printing is not selected. > If you have connected your printer to a device such as a scanner or fax machine, disconnect the printer from that device and connect the printer directly to your computer. > Check the printer port: a From the File menu of a software application, click Print or Printer Setup. b In the Where area, make sure your printer port is set to USB. > Make sure you have not installed multiple copies of the printer software: a From the Start menu, click Settings Printers. b In the Printers folder, make sure there is only one icon for your printer. c If you have two printer icons for the same printer, try printing a test page from each icon. Right-click the icon, select Properties, and then click the Print Test Page ? button. If the test page prints from one icon and not the other, delete the icon for the printer that does not print. If there is still a problem, uninstall and then reinstall the printer software: 1 From the Start menu, click: Programs >Compaq IJ650 >Uninstall Compaq IJ650. 2 Follow the instructions on your screen. 3 To reinstall the printer software, go here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=217392&lang=en& Good luck!
