Installation I need the installation directions for the amp.

For a normal install, the washer is 36" H x 24 3/4" D x 26 3/4" W. If you install the washer under a counter with the top sheet, then it needs 34 5/8" to the bottom of the counter. The dimensions are given in the installation guide available from Frigidaire or Sears Parts Direct. You do not need the installation CD to use the router. Check this link to download the user manual and quick install manual. As well you can download an updated firmware for your router along with installation instructions.

Regrading restoration you need a bootable CD inserted in CD drive and boot from that Cd by changing the boot sequence "boot from CD", during installation it will ask for format/partition of Hard drive, do if you want, after installation of windows you need driver, get drivers from link below:

Here's a link to the wiring color code for the 2004 Silverado. It appears that there is not a 12V+ switched lead in the factory wiring.

Anyway, you really should not take the power and ground directly from the OEM wiring. The wiring itself is not big enough to provide the current that will be drawn by an external amp. And the fuse will not support the additional current either. You'll end up with blown fuses and burnt wiring at a minimum, and perhaps other damage to the vehicle electrical system.
