Don't worry about the brown wires. They are for telephone mute.
The yellow is Memory (constant 12 volt, so battery is fine), but the red should go to a 12 volt source that turns on and off with the key.

You will definitely need to connect the Yellow Wire Memory Back-Up Lead, since this is the connection from the radio to the battery that stores the time and your presets. If it is not hooked up, you can use the radio, but all your settings will return to default once you turn off the car. The Yellow Wire Bus Power Lead sounds like it would be for powering an auxiliary unit like a Sat Radio or HD Radio add-on. You will not need to connect this unless you have an add-on such as one of these.

matching colors are the speakers, red it the accesory, needs to be hooked up to an alternating current, something that works with the ignitions, this will turn the sterio on and off, yellow is 12 volt or memory, constant power, blue is a remote wire for an amp. black is a ground wire and orange is normally an illumination wire, so when you dim your dash lights your stereo also dims.
Testimonial: "Thanks that was GREAT!!!!"
The wire which is coloured and yellow must be connected to the terminal which is marked by the letter E, or by the earth symbol.

The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N, or coloured black.
The Yellow coloured wire is going to be the positive, and the Blue wire is going to be negative wire.
